Service was exemplary from the moment we arrived. All staffs treated us like royalty, lunch, dinner, at the best or brasserie. All we dealt with were lovely. A special mention to Dirma, Meni & Widhi, who were great to us at dinner & breakfast. We hope to come back & visit once the renovations are complete. Fantastic service. Most villas can furnish themselves with facilities, luxurious touched etc but the difference in Samaya is the qenuinity & sincerity of the service rendered. We can’t honestly think of anything that could be improved on, the level of customer service is fantastic. Especially good is the little things including your room being cleaned/new towels whilst at breakfast & turn down service whilst at dinner i.e. when we were out of the room. The spa treatments were also exceptional & always easy to book at the royal courtyard.
Villa no request was ever a problem too difficult, rooms are beautiful well kept & serviced immaculately well. Special thanks’ to our butlers Suka & Widhi (so good to see Widhi again & say hello). Our stay here has been fantastic. All the staffs have been very helpful & it

Things! Particularly love the breakfast, as you did say Devine and the fact you can have it at any time is very canalized. The style of the place, contemporary, etc.
Most of all, the little things that made this holiday truly special. Fruit and treats in the room in an evening. Afternoon tea was just so perfect. The flowers, more & cake for our 5th anniversary. The candle & oil, aft sun gel, comb etc in the bathroom. Up to date fashion by the pool, cold towels & water, so appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble by the butlers or concierge.
We will definitely recommend this hotel & have wonderful time here. Thank you for some special memory.

such happy helpful staff who so genuinely seem to enjoy going to be
next level to assist guest. This is either a product of local culture or training and acceptance at such a high level it must be commended.

The Samaya service is the gold standard that all others in the service
and hospitality industry should aspire to. The morning and afternoon teas are delight and moreover free, such a change from constantly having to put your hand in your pocket at major hotels.

Internet queries were solved with efficiency and knowledge, also a rare
feat. This show is 5 star stay all the ways. Room + room service and
complimentary little cakes exceeded all expectations.
