Renovations Update

Renovations at The Samaya Seminyak  [updated 09th August 2012]

Our renovation program commenced 7th February 2011 with all the villas & lobby being rebuilt. Like all projects and rebuilds, there has been a few hold ups and delays, but now things are starting to come together nicely, with the majority of actual buildings completed, and now work being done on the Lobby, marble flooring, pathways, landscaping, villas fittings and interiors, and furniture’s being made to order.

The architect Andreas Papadimitriou who was responsible for the original Samaya design, The Royal Courtyard & The Samaya Ubud, has again surpassed himself with what I believe to be a winning combination of Luxury chic & privacy whilst maintaining that home from home feeling.

The images of our mock up villa can be found here at this link

We aim to have the entrance, lobby, front villas, side villas total villas ready 15 by the end of August. The other 15 we hope will be in the finishing stages.

During the renovation and re-build work in progress, a separate entrance has been configured to access our pool, Spa, Breeze Restaurant and Beachfront Gardens, we are also able to provide a buggy ride which operates a door to door service for our in house guests, and for outside guests/clients a pick up service from our previous lobby area at the front of the hotel to our beachfront areas. To enable our Samaya family, following and being to keep tracks of where we are, I have assembled images of the work to date, and will endeavor to keep updating as time allows, or developments occur.
